Our parts department specialises in MG, Kia,Suzuki, LDV, Ram,BYD, we are looking for an experienced parts person Reporting to the Parts Manager, your key duties will include;
• Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts – Internal and External
• Attending to customers efficiently and courteously
• Providing quotes for repair enquiries and customers
• Assigning parts to job orders
• Liaising with warehouse staff About you;
• Valid Australian Licence (be able to drive manual)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead and work well within a small team
• A passion for the automotive industry
• Honesty and reliability with a 'can do attitude'
• Ability to solve problems,
• Prioritise work tasks,
• Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
