ESR Australia and Current Zealand seeks a permanent Legal Counsel to support the Group General Counsel across capital transactions, development, leasing and commercial contracts. The role is based in Sydney with exposure to funds and work with internal stakeholders.
You will autonomously manage asset acquisitions and divestments, negotiate leases and building contracts, and provide transparent commercial advice to the broader business while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance standards.
