Alinta Energy is seeking a Sales Performance Manager (East Coast) to translate Retail growth and profitability objectives into portfolio priorities and partner plans. You will lead senior reviews, negotiations and performance discussions with channel partners, driving improvements in sales, margin, retention and customer value.
This hands-on leadership role manages four direct reports and works across Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver the portfolio business plan.
