You're a container transport allocator who thrives when the pressure is on. You love a busy board, a ringing phone and a problem that needs solving right now and you're the one people look to when things get messy.

You're a people person — easy to talk to and quick to build trust with drivers. But you're not a pushover. You're completely comfortable dealing with gruff drivers who want an answer now, and you've got the thick skin to handle it. It's transport — you know it's not personal.

You've got an eye for detail. You're the one who spots the wrong booking before it becomes a problem, and you don't need anyone checking your work.

You're looking for a role where you feel like a key player — not just a name on a roster. A role where what you do each night makes a real difference to how the operation runs.

This role is for a client of ours — a reputable, nationwide transport company based in Banksmeadow, Sydney.

The afternoon and evening shift is yours to run.



You'll be allocating container jobs, working closely with drivers and keeping everything moving, using the systems you already know — One Stop, VBS, ContainerChain and the like.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 3pm to midnight. Your first two weeks will be on day shift, so you can get across the systems, the team and the way things run before moving across to nights.

A generous salary package is on offer, depending on experience.

You'll need:

• Experience in container transport allocations

• Knowledge of One Stop, VBS, ContainerChain and similar systems

• Experience dealing with drivers

• Robust attention to detail
