We're looking for an energetic, people-loving Oral Health Therapist/Hygienist to join our Young team from mid–late January 2027. You'll inherit an established, busy book of loyal patients from day one. The position is full time or part-time -we're flexible.
Alongside your usual OHT scope, this role has a strong focus on supporting our clinicians with orthodontic care -aligner reviews, scans and records (within scope and under dentist direction). Full training and mentorship provided.
Key responsibilities
Support our dentists with orthodontic treatment — aligner/ortho reviews, scans and records (within scope and under dentist direction)
Fun, gentle children's check-ups, prevention and education (fissure seals, SDF/fluoride, OHI)
Periodontal therapy and maintenance for adults
Create memorable patient experiences that build trust, comfort and confidence
About you
AHPRA-registered OHT, with (or willing to obtain) WWCC
Bubbly communicator who builds rapport quickly — especially with kids and anxious patients
Team player with high clinical standards and a can-do, caring attitude
