You'll take ownership of your department's results, whether that's retail, webshop, buying or lending, and learn how every area of the business works. Our customers come in to buy, sell and borrow, and many are dealing with real-life pressures. Treating people with respect and without judgement is at the heart of what we do.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of your department's results, whether that's retail, buying or lending
Lead, coach and roster your team so they can hit and beat their targets
Work alongside the store leadership team on decisions that shape the whole store
Learn every area of the business, building skills well beyond a single department
Read sales reports, spot prospects and act on them
About you
3+ years in retail, including experience leading a team
Confidence working with targets and sales reports
A practical, problem-solving approach
A genuine interest in people from all walks of life
Product knowledge in areas such as jewellery, electronics, tools or gaming would be an advantage
Australian work rights are required
A police check will be completed as part of the hiring process
