Hope Help and Care is a growing NDIS registered disability support provider seeking a proactive, organised and confident qualified to coordinate daily operations, support service delivery and contribute to the continued growth of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations, staff rostering and service delivery.
Communicate with support workers, team leaders and supervisors.
Follow up on assigned tasks, staff reporting and outstanding operational matters.
Manage emails, correspondence and general administration.
Liaise with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders.
Assist with participant onboarding, meetings and new service arrangements.
Monitor documentation, compliance and incident reporting follow-ups.
Support management with operational improvements and business growth.

About You:




Robust communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in operations, administration, rostering or team coordination.
Proactive, reliable and confident working independently.
Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Positive computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
NDIS or disability sector experience preferred but not essential.
