We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced retail environment, takes pride in presentation and service, and can confidently assist customers with their purchases.
Key responsibilities
Provide friendly, efficient and responsible customer service.
Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Receive, unpack, rotate and replenish stock.
Maintain clean, organised and well-presented shelves, displays and work areas.
Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
Follow responsible service of alcohol requirements and workplace procedures.
Support stocktakes, promotional displays and general store operations.
About you
You are approachable, dependable and committed to excellent customer service.
You can work both independently and as part of a team.
You have good communication,
cash-handling and basic numeracy skills.
You are available for a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, nights and public holidays.
You can safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and moving stock.
You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
Previous retail or bottleshop experience is desirable but not essential.
Forklift License (not essential)
