Manjimup Motors & Hardware is looking for an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to join our workshop. We are revamping our workshop and expanding our servicing and repair capabilities. We need someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, takes pride in quality repairs and works well with the team.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose, service and repair lawnmowers, ride-on mowers, chainsaws, brushcutters and other small engine equipment.
Work on two-stroke and four-stroke engines.
Identify replacement parts and coordinate with the parts team.
Record labour, parts used and work completed accurately.
Test equipment after repairs to confirm it operates correctly.
Provide transparent updates on repair progress.
Maintain a secure,
clean and organised workshop.
About you
Relevant trade qualifications or strong demonstrated experience repairing small engines.
Positive fault-finding and mechanical repair skills.
Experience with Honda and Husqvarna equipment would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and support other team members.
A reliable approach, attention to detail and pride in your work.
