Role Description

We're looking for a full time Appointment Setter to join our high-performing team in office in Southbank, Melbourne.

Base salary $70k–$90k + commission and weekly bonuses | OTE $170k–$190k In this high-energy, high-output role, you'll be the first conversation many of our future members have with Inner Circle. You'll work warm, inbound leads (no cold calling) by phone, email and messaging, making 150+ calls a day to book quality consultations with our senior Property Strategists.

Key responsibilities
Qualify leads and understand each prospect's property goals
Book,



confirm and re-confirm consultations and follow-up meetings
Handle objections with confidence and build trust quickly
Keep CRM records and calendars accurate and up to date
Work closely with our advisory and sales teams so every appointment is well matched
Support membership onboarding and ongoing member engagement

You'll be backed by daily huddles, role plays and ongoing coaching, with a transparent pathway to promotion to Property Strategist as the business grows.

Qualifications
Experience in the property advisory industry (essential)
A proven record of hitting or beating sales or booking targets
A confident phone manner and explicit written communication
Experience with CRM systems, calendar tools and standard office software
Strong time management and accuracy in record-keeping
A resilient, coachable, customer-focused attitude
• Comfort working on-site as part of a team-oriented team in Melbourne
