obii, in partnership with ausbiz, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Sydney-based team. If you’re creative, driven and eager to experiment and build a strong body of work, this role is an excellent next step in your career. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience who brings fresh ideas, a refined eye for design and a desire to create work that reaches a wide audience. This is a diverse role with plenty of creative scope. You’ll work across a broad mix of projects, from social and digital content to websites, campaigns, reports and entirely new concepts. What you’ll be doing
• Creating engaging social and digital content that stands out in a crowded feed
• Visually communicating news, financial markets and data in a clear and compelling way
• Designing for websites, marketing campaigns and new product launches
• Developing and maintaining consistent brand standards across all channels
• Producing video, motion graphics and content in emerging formats




• Pitching creative ideas and exploring recent approaches we haven’t tried before
• Collaborating with editorial, marketing and product teams to bring projects from brief to delivery What we’re looking for
• 3–5 years of qualified graphic design experience, whether in an agency, media, finance or in-house creative team
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and excellent visual judgement
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Experience designing for digital and social platforms
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas
• Full working rights in Australia
