Rent Choice is growing quickly, and we need an experienced Junior Property Manager to take on a portfolio. This is a newly created role to keep pace with that growth, so you'll be stepping into a portfolio that's ready to go. The Rent Choice office is located in West Perth where you will be primarily located.
About the role
This is ideal for someone with a current WA PM licence who's ready to hit the ground running and build a long-term career in property management. You will manage a portfolio of around 90 properties with full end-to-end portfolio management across the south corridor (Fremantle, Cockburn, Armadale, Rockingham, Baldivis).
Key responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections, with the option to outsource these down the track
Full end-to-end portfolio management
Work across the south corridor (Fremantle, Cockburn, Armadale, Rockingham, Baldivis)
About you
Current WA PM licence
Experience with PropertyMe and Inspection Express highly regarded
Robust organisation and communication skills
Motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
Ideally based south of the river
WA driving licence and reliable vehicle
