What You’ll Do As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:
Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement and referrals




Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
Build excellent member journeys through positive, professional interactions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
Track leads, appointments and conversions daily using our CRM
Work with your team to help the club grow and thrive

Who You Are
Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets
Organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple tasks
A solid communicator who listens, empathises and influences
Passionate about fitness and eager to represent the Cartel brand
Sales experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm and drive matter most
