Childcampus Karratha – Centre Managers, OSHC, and Educators Location: Pilbara Region (Karratha, Port Hedland, or South Hedland) Job Type: Full time, In-person

Salary: AUD $70,000 – $80,000 per annum About the Company Our client, Childcampus Karratha is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join their team.

We provide Out-of-School-Hours Care (OSHC) services as well as long-day childcare programs in the Pilbara region. Our close-knit team is committed to fostering engaging, happy, and safe settings where children thrive while their parents pursue work opportunities.

Positions Available Centre Managers OSHC Coordinators / Lead Educators

Educators / Assistant Educators Key Responsibilities Centre Managers:

Ensure smooth operation of the centre, creating a play-based learning workplace conducive to children’s development. Build solid relationships with families, staff, and other stakeholders. Lead and manage the team to achieve goals and maintain quality standards.

OSHC Coordinators / Lead Educators:



Lead the team in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs. Oversee day-to-day classroom operations, ensuring children’s health, safety, and well-being.

Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and ACECQA standards. Promote a positive, cooperative, and respectful work environment. Educators / Assistant Educators:

Collaborate with the team to plan and implement educational programs. Support daily activities to foster children’s learning, health, and safety. Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and health & safety standards.

Work cooperatively, ethically, and respectfully with colleagues and children. Qualifications & Requirements ACECQA-approved qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma, or higher preferred).

Current First Aid certification in Education and Care (or obtain within the first week). Valid

Working with Children Check and Police Check (mandatory before starting). Sponsorship options may be available for Right to

Work in Australia and childcare training courses.
