We are looking for a hands-on and proactive leader to oversee the maintenance, compliance, security and operational performance of our facilities, vehicle fleet, plant and equipment.

Key Duties
Oversee maintenance, servicing and compliance of facility infrastructure, fleet vehicles, plant and equipment.
Manage contractors, maintenance schedules, procurement activities, and preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with transport, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Lead Cleaning, Grounds and Shuttle Bus teams including rostering and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement through audits, procedures, and asset management initiatives.
