The purpose of the Test Analyst is to support SG Fleet Group by executing a range of testing activities that ensure the quality, reliability, and integrity of solutions delivered through the Solution Delivery business unit. In doing so, the role protects production systems from unexpected issues and defects, supports effective and reliable software releases, and contributes to improving the end-user and customer experience by identifying and resolving issues early in the delivery lifecycle.

Job Requirements
Previous experience as a test analyst in complex technical settings, testing complex software with numerous integration points
Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills. Critically analyses information and can resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner
Experienced in a variety of testing phases including functional, integration, performance, load and UAT
Experience in testing as part of a Scrum team
Experience in UAT planning and coordination, defect triage
Excellent communication skills, being able to articulate defects to stakeholders and escalate when blocked
Takes initiative in the prioritisation of defects for resolution to ensure that test flow is not blocked




Hands-on experience working on open-source test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement test plans for various testing phases
Design and execute test cases on software products to find limitations and faults
Develop test scripts for identified smoke and regression tests
Record test results, raise defect records, re-test fixes and conduct defect triage
Creation and management of test data
Creating and maintaining re-usable regression/end to end test suite/cases
Manage test case traceability and documentation
Participate in the Agile development process (Scrum and Kanban)
