Reporting to the Parts Manager, your key duties will include;
Answering customer phone calls and interpreting parts – Internal and External
Attending to customers efficiently and courteously
Providing quotes for repair enquiries and customers
Assigning parts to job orders
Liaising with warehouse staff
About you;
Valid Australian Licence (be able to drive manual)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead and work well within a small team
A passion for the automotive industry
Honesty and reliability with a 'can do attitude'
Ability to solve problems,
Prioritise work tasks,
Meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
