Posi-Track & Excavator Operator – Residential Construction
$48–$50 per hour + penalties, depending on experience
Ongoing projects across Perth Metro – first project in Hamilton Hill
Normal hours: 7:00 am–3:30 pm
CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Posi-Track and Excavator Operator to join a busy residential plumbing team working on unit builds across Perth.
This hands-on role combines machinery operation with some general labouring to assist the tradespeople and keep projects moving.
What you’ll be doing
Operating Posi-Track and excavator machinery for site preparation, trenching and backfilling
Supporting residential plumbing slab pre-lay works
Assisting the team with general labouring when required
Completing pre-start checks and operating machinery safely
Maintaining tidy and protected work areas
What we’re looking for
Proven experience operating both Posi-Track and excavator machinery
Relevant plant operating tickets or competency evidence
Experience working around underground services
Current White Card
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
A practical attitude and willingness to jump in and assist the team
