Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Skipper – Master 5 to oversee maritime operations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of navigation and safety protocols. Responsibilities:
Oversee the protected navigation and operation of the vessel in compliance with maritime regulations.
Manage and lead the crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all safety equipment is maintained and operational.
Prepare and maintain accurate logs and reports related to vessel operations.
Coordinate with port authorities and other maritime agencies as required.




Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Valid Master 5 certification or equivalent maritime qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.
Robust knowledge of navigation, safety protocols, and maritime regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
Experience with vessel maintenance and emergency response procedures.
