CNC operator for flat bed router, in Glynde SA. This role includes setting up machine and material. Setting tools to suit

Tasks include: Load and unload materials being flat aluminium sheets. composites and acrylics to be machined. Set up tool changes if needed re calibrate to suit bed and materials being machined. Document and maintain accurate records of settings, tool offsets and maintenance. Regular clean of machine and suction lines and waste hoppers.

Closely monitor CNC machine during complex tool path. Inspect final products to make sure all path were completed. Check against drawings to make sure machining is accurate. Strictly adhere to company health and safety procedures when performing tasks.





Must have at least 1 year of experience running routers, practical experience and knowledge of using CNC with CAD files.

Must be meticulous in attention to detail, commitment to quality of work.

Robust problem solving skills, technical trouble shooting and organisational skills.

Reliable punctual and consistent . Must be able to work alone and as a team. Explicit verbal and written skills, and communication skills when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders. Positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop current skills.
