About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the roles of Production Assistant, Coordinator, Manager, and Assistant Production Manager in the vibrant arts industry in Perth, Western Australia. These temporary positions offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in production processes while contributing to exciting projects. Ideal candidates will be passionate about the arts and eager to learn in a energetic environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules and activities.
Support the production team in daily operations and logistics.




Help with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and materials.
Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving production processes.
Assist in managing budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during production activities.

Qualifications:
A keen interest in the arts and production processes.
No prior experience required; however, any relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Robust organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of production equipment and techniques is a plus.
Flexibility to work casual hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
