Partnering with the Manufacturing Manager, youll contribute to smooth operations, support high food safety and quality standards, and coach and guide team members to help them succeed. This is a handson leadership role for someone who thrives in a fastmoving setting where people, performance and production come together to deliver delicious results, every time Your Recipe for Success: Support the productive execution of the daily production schedule, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full Action and share key communications from support office, customers, and partners with the team Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards (QCPs, GMP), addressing any risks promptly Manage order fulfilment administration (EBS)
