We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to drive business growth and manage accounts for our heavy industry engineering and fabrication solutions. You will partner with our engineering teams to deliver precision machinery and spares to clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify current business opportunities and manage sales pipelines in the sugar, mining, and cement sectors.
• Conduct client visits, deliver technical presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to translate customer requirements into custom manufacturing solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance metrics. Key Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within heavy industry (Sugar, Mining, or Cement).
• Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in office travel to client locations.
