Sales Assistant - Geraldton

Casual | Approximately 38 Hours Per Week | Full Training Provided

Zoom Recruitment is seeking a Sales Assistant to join a busy industrial operation in Geraldton, WA.

This varied, hands-on role combines customer service, sales, warehousing and yard duties. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with trade and industrial customers and likes variety in their day.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
Providing product advice and processing sales
Receiving, dispatching and managing stock
Maintaining product displays and supporting promotions
Safely handling gas cylinders and assisting with general yard duties
Operating a forklift if licensed
Keeping the store, warehouse and yard clean and protected

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
A reliable, positive and team-focused approach
Good attention to detail and time-management skills




Basic computer skills, with SAP experience an advantage
Ability to undertake regular manual handling and work outdoors
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
Two recent, satisfactory references
A forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one

Experience in retail, trade sales, industrial supplies or warehousing would be beneficial, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
