Key Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
Utilise PEXA for electronic settlements,
ensuring compliance with all relevant Queensland legislation.
Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Conveyancer, with a proven track record of running matters autonomously.
Proficient in PEXA and knowledgeable about Queensland Conveyancing laws and regulations.
Solid organisational and communication skills.
