IDEXX in Sydney is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified to own end-to-end recruitment across ANZ. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to drive data-informed strategies, source top talent, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
You will build relationships with universities for early career hires, apply ANZ employment practices, and continually improve TA tools and processes, including adopting current AI-enabled workflows as they roll out.
