Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, manage guest preferences and payments, and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure seamless stays.

We value a friendly, skilled attitude, solid communication and a genuine passion for guest service. Training will be provided, and a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
