About the role
As the successful applicant, your duties as a Sales Associate will include but not be limited to:
Prospecting,
lead generation and database growth.
Appraisals bookings and listing opportunities meetings
Buyer enquiries, inspections and follow-up activities.
Open homes - Sales and Rentals
CRM accuracy, client satisfaction and service standards.
Contribution to sales results and compliance with agency policies.
About you
The successful applicant for this position must possess:
Full Australian working rights essential
Real estate work experience highly preferred
Current driver's license & own vehicle
Demonstrated knowledge of property market
Willingness to work on weekends
Real estate work experience & established industry network highly preferred.
