Hands-on role with ownership of daily scheduling

What You'll Be Doing
Schedule daily jobs for a team of 12 drivers
Coordinate drivers, fleet availability and job allocations
Manage last-minute changes and operational issues
Liaise with customers and internal teams to keep things running smoothly
Be on-call once every two weeks
About You
Experience in scheduling, dispatch, transport or fleet coordination
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to multitask and respond quickly under pressure
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a busy workplace
