Adica Insurance is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Risk and Governance team in Melbourne. You will provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice across regulatory, governance and commercial matters, supporting strategic initiatives and facilitating risk management.
With 3–5 years PQE, you will draft and negotiate commercial contracts, liaise with regulators and senior stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of Adica's governance framework in a highly regulated workplace.
