Our clinic in Toronto is currently seeking a friendly and organised Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. The full-time role involves working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm. The part-time role is offered as a job share arrangement, with the successful candidate working either Monday-Wednesday 8.00am-5.00pm or Wednesday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.




Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Relevant reception experience.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
