Experience supporting participants with high physical support needs
Friendly, patient and understanding approach
Strong and clear communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with participants
Reliable, adaptable and professional
Ability to provide protected, person-centred support

Requirements
Valid ABN
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Australian working rights
Relevant experience in disability or mental health support
Relevant qualifications and additional training are highly regarded
