Medusa Hotel is a boutique hotel in Darlinghurst. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the heart of the Hotel, you play an important role in creating a warm, personalised, and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answering calls
Checking in and out guests
Welcoming guests
Minor housekeeping to fill in tasks
Answering and writing emails, messages
Provide guests with information about local restaurants, attractions, and experiences
Light hearted conversations with guests while maintaining appropriate professionalism
Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and a solution-focused approach
Skills and experience
Solid customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required
Valuable problem-solving skills
Pay: $34.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
