Archers’ Table is looking for an experienced Barista / Front of House team member to join our busy café!
We’re looking for someone who loves positive coffee, enjoys customer service and thrives in a fast-paced workplace. You’ll need a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the ability to keep things running smoothly during the busy rush.
What we’re looking for:
Previous barista experience and confidence making quality coffee
Experience in front of house and customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a busy café setting
Friendly, professional and confident communication skills
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to multitask and maintain high standards under pressure
We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, delivers great customer service and can be counted on as part of the team.
Pay: $35.00 – $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
