You will be working in a small kitchen team with 1 other qualified chef and an apprentice.
Your main roles will revolve around maintaining meal standards and consistency, product ordering, supplier price negotiating, and stock management. You will also have the ability to design weekly specials and specific themed event menus.
Your standard weekly roster rotation will be saturday-wednesday.
Sunday is our busiest day and consistent sunday availability is required.
