This full-time Operations Administrator role at West Tip Waste Control in Malaga, WA offers an excellent chance to join a dynamic and growing Waste Management company. As the Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager.
Processing daily run sheets.
Reconciling tipping and data entry from daily runs.
Updating driver schedules to meet customer requirements.
Handling customer inquiries and coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining group inbox.
Client KPI reporting.
Sales administration.
Providing general office support, such as managing office supplies and equipment
Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or Operations administrator.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite especially excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
