Pet Circle is seeking an experienced Customer Specialist to join our remote, Sydney-based team. The role involves handling high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat and email, delivering personalized service, and driving customer satisfaction across delivery and product questions.
You will work 38 hours per week on a Monday–Friday rotation, with a adaptable schedule and home-office setup, contributing to continuous improvement and robust customer advocacy.
