About the Role
You’ll be a key support to fee earners across a wide range of litigation matters including contract disputes, insolvency, construction and property litigation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting, amending and formatting legal documents and correspondence
File and matter management, both digital and physical
Preparing briefs to counsel and court documents
Diary and email management, scheduling and travel bookings
Monthly billing and time entry using legal software
Liaising with clients, barristers and courts professionally
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary (litigation preferred)
Strong skills in document preparation and time management
Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
Professional, friendly approach with excellent communication skills
