About the Role

What you'll do
Deliver ANNEES Guest Experience, ensuring a 'guest first' approach, and 'building connections'
Welcome guests to ANNEES venues in a happy, genuine and friendly manner
Identify guest preferences and personalise recommendations.
Be A-Star, engaging with ANNEES guests along the way.
Deliver A-Piece of Happiness and express gratitude to our guests for visiting ANNEES venues
Review and maintain a thorough knowledge of ANNEES drinks, A-Merch and ANNEES at Home products.

What you can bring to the A-Team
Hospitality experience is preferred, plus great energy and a willingness to learn
Explicit communicator who listens actively and shares updates
Reliable, consistent, and team-focused
Comfortable following procedures and asking for help when needed
