Cumberland Women’s Health Centre in Harris Park, NSW is seeking a Community Worker to provide practical support, coordinate services and contribute to programs for women’s safety and wellbeing.
You will develop individual support plans, connect clients with services and collaborate with agencies to improve access to care. This 12-month contract runs 35 hours weekly with prospects to continue beyond the initial term.
