About the role

We are seeking experiencedand motivated Security Officers to join our team across a range of prestigious sites throughout Sydney. Opportunities are available on a permanent part time basis. Applicants must be available to work night shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

As a Security Officer, you must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, professional presentation and a proactive approach to security operations

Key responsibilities
Deliver outstanding frontline customer service and support
Identify and manage security risks and respond to incidents




Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms
Conducting regular patrols and maintaining site security
Preparing incident reports and completing administrative tasks accurately
Work effectively within a team setting
Operate independently with confidence and professionalism
Ensuring compliance with site procedures, policies and safety requirements

Skills and experience
Current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Skilled personal presentation
Availability to work a rotating roster
Availability for Night Shifts during Weekdays, Weekends & Public Holidays
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and incident management
Ability to stand and for extended periods
Full working rights in Australia
