We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and take orders in a professional and effective manner.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently to company standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and effectively.
Assist in food preparation and presentation where required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, tables, and equipment.
Handle cash, card transactions, and operate POS systems accurately.
Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well maintained.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred but not essential (training provided).
Passion for coffee, food, and customer experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
