Iluka Resources Limited is seeking a proactive Processing Manager to lead the Cataby processing and maintenance teams on an 8:6 roster with in office camp facilities. The role reports to the Cataby Operations Manager and focuses on delivering secure, budgeted performance and sustained value for the operation.
You will manage production and maintenance budgets, drive safety and compliance, and lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize performance across the processing facility.
