Hitch Campers is looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join the team full-time at the Coomera workshop. This is an entry-level role perfect for school leavers or those looking to kickstart a hands-on career. You don't need prior experience-just a excellent attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for working with your hands. Training will be provided from the ground up.

Key responsibilities
Learn how to safely use professional hand and power tools
Assist senior builders with measuring, cutting materials, and prepping components for custom off-grid RVs
Keep the workshop organised, clean, and stocked with parts so the build team can run smoothly

About you
No formal trade experience required
Enjoy physical work, fixing things,



or tinkering with hobbies in your spare time
Show up on time every day, ready to work and eager to learn
Take pride in your work, follow instructions carefully, and aren't afraid to ask questions
Have a reliable way to get to the workshop in Coomera every day
Full time permanent position on the Gold Coast
