Key Responsibilities and Duties

Receiving & Storing: Receive, unload, check, sort, and store goods, materials, or products.

Picking & Packing: Pick, assemble, and pack customer or stock orders accuratley according to manifests or slips.

Dispatching: Prepare goods for loading, dispatch, or delivery to retail and wholesale clients.

Stock & Housekeeping: conduct basic stock checks, inventory counts, general warehouse cleaning, and safety housekeeping.

Equipment use: Operate non licensed materials handling equipment such as hand trolleys, pallet jacks and manual carts.

Documentation & Systems: Handle basic paper work and perform introductory data entry or computer tasks to track stock movement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for extended shifts and perform regular manual handling.

Basic Literacy & Numeracy: Capacity to read shipping documents, verify product codes, and perform straightforward arithmetic.

Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic work place health & Safety (WHS) guidelines and required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: From $27.08 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
