The Sales Account Manager role aims to identify recent business opportunities within our sectors whilst managing existing client relationships. The role will leverage opportunities from existing furniture panel contracts.

The key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Building solid relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify prospects for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve processes and offerings. This includes gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate solutions.
Performance Tracking and Reporting via the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver client proposals.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the company's client base.
By effectively fulfilling these responsibilities, you'll contribute to the growth and success of Nexus Interiors in the competitive commercial office furniture market.
Skills and qualifications:
An in-depth knowledge of office furniture/fit-outs
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent (written and verbal) communication and networking skills.
The ability to work to agreed deadlines.
High attention to detail
Proven ability to negotiate
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
Driven and self-motivated
