We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant – Buys & Loans Operator to join our team at our Wodonga store in a Full Time capacity. As a Buys & Loans Operator, you'll assess and value a diverse range of items, provide tailored lending and purchasing solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

About the Role
Learn how to value items: Build knowledge across products by assessing condition, researching prices, and making informed decisions;
More than just retail: Get involved in buying,



lending and problem-solving—not just selling products;

About You
Have an interest in Technology, Gaming, Collectables, Jewellery or Tools and Hardware;
Confident communicator, comfortable having open conversations with customers;
You're a natural negotiator who can find common ground and turn tricky conversations into positive outcomes;
You’re curious and open to learning something new every day; and”
Quick-thinking and adaptable, able to respond to different customer needs; and
Trust-building mindset, treating every customer with respect and understanding.

Pay: $22.00 – $33.00 per hour
