Recent Growth Care Group is seeking its first HR Generalist to lead the people function across Current Growth Care and our Gold Coast partner Thryv. The role can be based at our Bentleigh East head office or in Broadbeach, offering in office work and broad impact across Victoria and Queensland.
You will own recruitment, performance and development, awards and pay, and HR platforms like Employment Hero, while shaping a scalable people function that supports SIL homes and community teams.
