We are looking for an experienced and reliable Casual Cook to join our busy Fish & Chips food truck.

This is a rapid-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, has robust cooking and fryer experience, and can confidently manage daily operations, stocktake and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing menu items to a high standard
Operating commercial fryers and kitchen equipment
Managing stocktake and inventory control
Ordering stock and supplies
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the van
Delivering excellent customer service during busy service periods

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years previous experience in a similar role
Strong cooking knowledge and kitchen management skills




Fryer experience is essential
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Availability to work Tuesday to Sunday
