With a strong heritage and future focused approach, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead our business through its next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on executive with strong operational, financial, and strategic management expertise within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the business
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
Lead manufacturing, production, engineering, sales and administration teams
Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and cost control initiatives
Ensure the achievement of financial targets, budgets, and profitability objectives




Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders
Lead, mentor and develop management and operational teams
Oversee quality systems, workplace health and safety, and regulatory compliance
Identify and evaluate new business prospects, products and markets
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus

The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience in a General Manger or Senior Management role
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business growth and profitability improvement
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Solid operational and supply chain management expertise
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership approach
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline will be highly regarded
